We work alongside churches to assist you in developing effective programs that reach into your communities to reach out to those who may otherwise never step inside a church, and to help believers grow spiritually. Using the culturally relevant tools of sports and recreation, CSI’s objective is to train and mentor church leadership in creating and managing powerful outreach and discipleship. God is using sports and recreation to accomplish His purposes. CSI has been establishing programs in churches for over 16 years, and we can help you.

CONSULTATION
CSI adds value to your ministry through on-site visitation and off-site communication – Via telephone, VOIP and/or email during the consulting relationship, but also in an on-going process of mentoring and providing assistance.
  • Meet with Senior Pastor, pastoral staff and church leadership
  • Follow-up meeting with Evangelism (Outreach) and Discipleship Pastor(s)
  • Stimulation meeting with Sports Ministry leader

  • Resources - $103
  • Consultation - $1500 (Based on 2 two-day on-site meetings, 1 two-day equipping seminar and 1 one-day vision casting preaching message. (Inviting church is responsible for travel and accommodations.)
  • On-going Counsel - $500 (Mentoring and assistance for one year)

EXPECTED OUTCOMES
  1. Establish biblical foundations and philosophical rationale for Sports Ministry
  2. Stimulate, inform, and build consensus among church leadership
  3. Stimulate and begin training of Sports Ministry leadership

TIME COMMITMENT
CSI – In addition to the on-site visits, CSI will be available via telephone, email, VOIP or fax two hours per month for a three month period and, as needed and available for the balance of a year.
Inviting Church – The pastoral staff and church governing body should be available for a one-hour presentation. The Sports Ministry leader needs to be able to invest at least 15 to 20 hours in study as well as facilitate the equipping seminar and on-site visits of CSI.

  • Consultation - $1800 (Based on 2 two-day and 1 one-day equipping sessions, 1 one-day stimulation event, participation in implementing initial effort. Inviting church is responsible for transportation and accommodations.)
  • On-going Counsel - $500 for first three months; thereafter, based on time and materials.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES
  1. Create a ministry philosophy that is biblically based
  2. Create promotional material and process to launch the Sports Ministry
  3. Recruit, train and mobilize Sports Ministry leader and lay leaders
  4. Survey and select Sports Ministry activities
  5. Action plans leading to implementation of programs

TIME COMMITMENT
CSI – In addition to the on-site visits, CSI will be available via telephone, email, VOIP or fax two hours per month for a three month period and, as needed and available for the balance of a year.
Inviting Church – Lay leaders need to be available for up to three equipping sessions, and the Sports Ministry leader will need to commit to 15 – 20 hours of study as well as facilitation of and participation in equipping seminars.

  • On-going Counsel - $500 (Mentoring and assistance for one year)
